Power Acoustik any good?

Is Power Acoustik a good brand or are they knock off crap? I've never heard too much about them...

I was looking at this one on 2 12" Rs @2 ohm

Idk...I'm looking for 1800-2000 real watts @ 2 ohm. Are the 3000DB power ratings true? It says 1800 RMS @ 2 ohm. I haven't seen much better for the money.

for 2 type r's i would get the power acoustik a2400db, enough power for em and about $150 less than that amp you linked to.

oh you want 2 ohm, then i would go for the viper 2500d. ~2400w at 2 ohms, would make those r's pound.

they will probably be overrated by ~100 watts, but dont get that one anyways i didnt see that you needed the power at 2 ohms.

you might have to take a chance buying from ikesound, a lot of people have had no problems but a lot of people have gotten pretty pissed off at them too.

Every bit of audio gear in my current setup excepting the head unit, my sub and its enclosure, and my wiring and related accessories were bought used off of eBay.

You just have to do the research into your seller to see if they're legit or not.

Check their feedback. Check the feedback they've left for others. Check to see if they have canceled bids on any of their auctions before. Check the item listing to see if it provides you will all the information you want to know about the product. if it doesn't? Ask questions. The manner in which a seller provides answers to those questions can also be very telling about the manner in which they conduct business.

Random question, but will 1250 rms a piece be safe for the Rs? Will they get stinky often? I don't feel like having to "take it easy" on my subs everytime i play them.
