Power Acoustik 3000DB

Whats the general consensus on this amp? I need something that will put out atleast 1500W RMS @ 1 ohm for my setup, and someone is offering me a PA 3000DB, are these good amps? He says that yes its overrated, but it will still put out around 2300 watts RMS @ 1 ohm, reliable , etc etc

depends your electrical system, mine had no problem running .7 daily on 14.4vlts power wise I would say on 14vlts you should see that 2300 gotta have power to make power

That amp wont ever see 2300rms EVA. Maybe on 18 volts.

Yea its a nice amp for the money. IMHO if you need that much power, Id rather spend the extra little cash and buy something worth having.

My friend had a Planet Audio tt2250d. Basicly same amp. Had it 2 days, smoked it up.

Also wasnt gettin nowhere near 1500rms outta of it.

talking bad about the 3000db, but have you used them? I have personally used them (6) to be exact and they did ALOT of power hands down you will get 2k out of it.
