ya id love to live in cali again i was born and raised in sacramento but i just cant afford the prices there....i love green but not like corn fields and cow fields.... just nice communitee with nice sized yards with grass..... like city style tho not out in hick-town....i have an aunt that lives in detorit...i beleive gross point and that place is perfect but its a hella rich neiborhood from what i heard...

i think my town was in the top 10 communities in the u.s awhile ago. If you dont like to hunt or fish then south dakota is not for you. Its really open if your into that. alot of spearfishing and scuba diving around here. thats about it

I would like to live in the Okanagen, kelowna or something.. a few to many tourists though.

havent had it appraised yet.....but for the land itself im guessing probably 15-20k, and the house is aprox 2800 sq ft....but the house isnt quite finished yet.....so there would need to be work done to it......but i wont know for sure on the house till its appraised

how much land is there?!?!?!?!? 15-20k for how much? people want like 1500 and acrew here, its crazy. of course im in the "city" of hattiesburg but im talkin out down the highway.

an acre is going for 5k there **** an acre here is going for 70-90k......ape...thats lik the exact neiborhood i want nice and grassy with neibors close and u actuall know most people on the block..how big of lots are those???

gah I wish I knew, my house is 1400sq feet, two full stories, and a full basement. (3 bdrm, 2 bath) and it costs about 145-150k //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Except the 6 months of -30 degrees tends to ruin it.+

some call where i live lake travis..others call it paradise. its a previous retirement town in the outskirts of Austin. 20 mins away from the legendary 6th street...theres a lake...small town atmosphere. in the beautiful hill country of texas. theres nothing better

to hell with that, my house is about 2200sq ft. 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths 2 car garage and about an acre.

100K for a brand new house

10K for the land.
