She lost all the face piercings though, that's fine by me, she's more than just a pretty face to me. She's about to become a cosmologist. Not really a glorified field by any means, but it pays much better than most professional jobs and its her passion. I just told her to do what she loves and don't worry about money. I'd rather love going to work everyday over making a big paycheck. I got both so I'm lucky, and she has a job offer at one of the higher end shops locally. Some of her teachers made over $3000 a day behind the chair between comish and tips. Don't ever under estimate tips!

Think about it, your average person (man) goes in to get a $10 hair cut, most tip well, another $10 maybe. She does 3-4 an hour, thats $30-40 just in tips, with comish or hourly your looking at $45-60 an hour, and thats actually realistic. You go into the bigger things like color, man, $200 an hour is very doable.
