"he is not even a citizen here", what have you been reading? It's these types of misquotes about subject matters that get all types of rumors started about things.

A subject thats this important needs to be reported as truefully as possible.

You have to be a U.S. citizen to serve in the U.S. military and this idiot was a sergent and even served in desert storm. It should also be noted that he had also received medals for mastery of the M-16 assualt rifle, meaning that at a range of 300 meters he was able to hit a target 36 out of 40 times. It's sad that we can't even be safe from the very people we train to protect us. As a former officer in the service it deeply hurts me and all the other men and women who would gladly lay down our own lives to have been able to save all those innocents who needlessly lost their lives because of this honorless coward wasn't man enough to be a good soldier let alone a good AMERICAN.

Just heard on CNN, as it stands, right now they are planning on using the 17 year old as a material witness against Muhamed. There have been talks about not seeking the death penalty if he testifies against Muhamed.

I'll even buy the shells, donate my truck for transport and if they need it, they could use any one of my firearms!! I would hope that they would chose one of the .22's because those sumb!tchs ain't worth much more, also the families would get more shots at them before they died.!! Here's my take.......these people who did it should be cut!!! By rusty box cutters. Then lemon juice and salt poured on the woulnds, by the victims families....Then a salt shakes (full of course) is drained on each eye, and they are then beaten with small sticks and banboo, so that the inner damage is sever, then allowed to heal. They then are tied on wheels and got with pellet guns from prrox 5 ft. away, and to finish them off, they are to be dropped off a cliff into a bed of nails. If they even remotly survive let the victims families after them and do their worst!!!!!

i am a firm believer that after someone is proven guilty, and has had time to appeal (in general--not just this case), and after that period, they should be taken out back, pistol whipped, and then have a single bullet from a glock shot into the area where the spine and the brain meet...no sitting on death row for years, no expensive executions...just a few cents for a round, and overcrowding would become less of a problem.
