Possible Scam? Am I Screwed?

Well I shipped a package to a business address

The gentleman insisted for it to be shipped to a business address due to him not being home. I verified that he worked there.

The buyer also has excellent feedback.

He paid via paypal.

I have USPS delivery confirmation receipt that states that package had been delivered 3 days ago yet he says he never received anything.

Am I screwed?

Well if the delivery confirmation states the package was recieved, then you shouldnt have any problems, if he files an item not recieved claim. You may have an issue though, if his business address is not his paypal address. Since in order to recieve protection from Paypal, you need to ship to the paypal address.

Im pretty sure if it shows delivered there isnt anything he can do about it.

if trackin confirms delivery you are protected all the way

i went through same thing with Brandon Bowman but he came and stole package from my mail box then 2 days later gave me trackin number and it said in fact it was delivered talked to my mailman he said he delivered a light package but i never got it and there is nuttin i can do about it thanks to the trackin info sayin it was delivered

same here i receive all incoming and the ups/fedex/usps guys just go straight to xray dept for me to sign

i shipped a book one time i sold on half... with delivery confirm and everything and paypal took the buyers side.. it sucked

This. If it wasn't his confirmed ship to address, you are sol. The tracking means squat if it isn't to a confirmed address. Paypal clearly states this under their seller protection.
