yeah...it looks like Im pretty much fucked and the buyer knows itThis. If it wasn't his confirmed ship to address, you are sol. The tracking means squat if it isn't to a confirmed address. Paypal clearly states this under their seller protection.

No he isn't safe. Anyone could have signed, and paypal clearly states you must ship to confirm to be covered under seller protection. How is he safe?didnt ship to confirmed addy, yet he had to sign for it so your safe.. **** that cracker
while a good idea, I am sure most people wouldn't take too kindly to that........after reading, The new way to stay safe as a buyer is to buy something, Paypal the person, then imeadiatly file a undelivered item claim. This way the sellers account gets frozen, and your money stays safe till the item arrives. The seller will have 10 days to provide a valid tracking number to get his money. Sucks to do that, but if you tell them up front some ppl are ok with it, cause it assures a safe transatcion.
