possible problems??

I have two 12" AQ SD2.5's and the AQ1200D on the way. I have a '91 Crown Vic with stock battery and alt. I will be using a Kicker PKD1 amp kit for the wiring.

What are some potential issues that I could run into, and what are the best solutions to these issues?

Things I've been bouncing around are:

big three (1/0 AWG)

larger alternator (ford 3G from junkyard)

second battery in trunk (unsure of specs)

Thanks,

Bill

sounds good... 'preciate the quick response

something i keep asking myself is whether or not i can actually do this properly.. and if it's really worth the money to have it done by a professional...

I've read quite a few guides, and it doesn't seem all that hard, but i could definitely see this turning into an all day affair.

If you do the big 3 and get a good bigger battery up front, like a kinetik 1400 or 1800 or an optima G31, and a little bigger alternator, you shouldn't even need the second battery. The AQ1200D isn't really a power hungry amp, I would think if you did those 3 things you would be fine.
