Possible awesome alternative to sound deadener CCF? Thoughts

So I decided to loook up ccf on google shopping and ended up finding sleeping pads, .36in deep 3ft by 6ft for $10 bucks at kohls. Would it make any difference buying the legit stuff? I have no problem using spray adhesive so that's a bit irrelevant. And I know some ccf has foil and butyl rubber. But would it be worth the effort to just use foam pads?

.6 lb per roll

Yeah you can use that. Walmart has them too. They are all CCF. No need to buy overpriced "car audio" foam as you are just using it to decouple. Its not like deadener where brands actually matter.
So what else would I need to do a full deadening on my vehicle? Just mlv?
