porting with pvc question

im bout to start planning a new box but i wanna go with aero ports this time prolly going to use 6" pvc pipe and flare each end with some mdf and a router, my question is, how do i go about figuring out how many and how long they need to be, box is going to be

19.3 before displacements, going to hold 8 12s, and i wanna tune to 38 hz. any help would be greatly appreciated.

according to that site i need 6 6inch ports that are 13.20 long, does that sound right
