Porting a shiva

The plan is to port my shiva mkIV in a 2cu ft box tuned to 30 hz. Anyone have sucess with this sub in a ported box?

I know it has a EFB(Not sure what it is exactly if the abbrev. is off) of 52. Anything 100 is for ported. I'm guessing its ok to use a ported box for this sub.

If this works with one, I will be sure to add my other shiva in this type of application.

EFB is efective band widht. also any sub can be port long as its tune porperley is this for SQ SQL or SPL

is that the same as efficiency bandwidth product or EBP? if it is then yeah is not a rule.

This is car audio. What rules? You could put a Shiva in 0.25 cubes ported to 12hz if you wanted. =p
