ported sub box for 2 s15l7's

I,m going to make my first ported box for my 2006 trailblazer. I have 2 s15l7's and i need to know the best way for it to hit the hardest. sub and port facing back, up, ete. Please tell me what you think.

subs up and port back is the best way? any one else?

yeah i have 2 of these....

put the subs facing up....at the back of the box(facing up).... and the port coming out the back.

mine are tuned pretty high and they hurt.
