Ported Enclosure Advice

I plan on getting two of the Fi 12" SSD's.I designed a box where the dimensions and everything looked good .I just need to know if the sub displacement and port area is already accounted for in the dimensions of do I still need to account for them?This box is 4.3 cubes but if you add the h,l,w up it equals 6.7 some cf.I just want to doulbe check before i start the build.Here's the sub and the box links,they are the 12s.
