Portable Car Alarm?

Has anyone ever used "Portable Car Alarm" like this one:

I was looking for a new car alarm and I came across a few of these portable ones. The descriptions say that the alarm will go off once the car moves, window is broken, and door is opened. All you have to do is plug it into a Cig lighter. Do these really work?
