what up guys i have a box that was originally designed by fisher customs for 2 15 jlw3s. i ripped the top off and double baffled the box for the btl but the port seems too small to me? whats your guys opinion? what size port would you guys recommend? it sounds good but just doesnt really hit the lows good.

system is pioneer deh-780mp, fully loaded 18 btl, saz3000, 200amp alt, optima yellow front, deka 9a31 rear, 1/0 monster wire, jl 300/2, jl 300/4, massive rk6 in front doors, crap infinitys in dash and back doors in a 95 4 door blazer.

box is 7cf @ 33hz

Its not too small for creating pressure, but it is small compared to the tuning effects it has on the output @33Hz, you mentioned. Plus the ratio may give it some resonances that are either constructive or destructive, not sure without doing some calcs, but it can be improved, if that is what you are wondering yes. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
