port question

ill be building a new box for my 2 12" cvrs and ran into a problem. i want a single port coming out the front vertically thats around 4 inches wide tuned to 32hz. my box dimentions will be 46x15x10. according to the calculator on this site i need a 27.46 in long port. since i only have a 10in depth can i add both kick out sides to the length in the front? like this picture...yeahh i know paints awesome.

btw...the lengths on the top of the port are 11" long each side and the forward facing port is 6 inch long if you cant read the tiny numbers. can i add those to get the 27" desired length?

and obviously not to scale.

Why not just do an L port on the side? It would be much easier. anyways, you'll want a 4" wide port down the middle, 2" wide along each back wall, and you'll want to calculate that port length for each chamber of your box. think of it as 2 seperate L ported boxes next to each other.

so if its ten inches deep (the box) im going to want to go in 8 inches in with the forward facing port, and ten inches to each side along the back? id do a L port but in order for it all to look symetrical with a sub to each seat its gotta be in the middle.
