I have never figured out box calculations before, I've always had someone do it for me, but the question is, Does the port count as box internal displacement.

ex) say my box was 5 cubes internally, then I put a port in, now the box is 4.5 cubes internally.

Yes, port displacement is removed from the internal volume.

Yep. Anything you put inside the box is going to displace air(volume).

So the volume in the port takes away from airspace aswell. Not just the material

The internal air of the port is part of the port so it is not included in the box's net volume. Glad it shows the .75" of the box already calculated in the displacment.
