Port noise?

i guess this forum should be shut down and is useless now with all the threads and posts on here!! I guarantee every friggin post on here has been asked before, if not multiple times. And I did do a search and came up with very vague answers and mainly just related to ported boxes, not port noise. look through it, you'll see....so sorry for asking a simple question that probably was asked before. with the time you spent putting that link in you probably could have answered my question. whatever...thanks though (sorry, bad day).

what causes it is a lack of port area, as well as rigid port edges that don't allow air to flow smoothly. When you dont have enough the area of the port, there will be too much pressure at the ends of the port. Especially when you dont have flared ports or at least rounded edges, this creates turbulence.
