port fire question

planning a downfire design in my s10. want to do a false floor and hide everything. anyone ever seen a downfire sub and front fire port design? wondering what that would sound like. the subs would face down about 4 inches off the floor. (4) 8's.. the ports will be 3 or 4 inch aero's pointing forward.

in our trucks, ext cab or not, it'd be better to fire them up into the headliner rather than into the seat.

downfiring works best, but it'll be difficult to get the length i need, unless i fire forward or backward.
