With flares 11.33, without flares 10.33, round to your liking.

so i have another issue maybe someone can help me with...

the install sheet says the port needs to be one diameter( 4" ) from any walls and this...

They mean the opening of the port. The way you are showing it is fine.

Say like the port is 4" diameter. The port needs to be at least 4" away from the interior wall where the opening of the port is.

if your not accounting for sub or the actual port displacement volume inside the box, your tuning will be higher
