I guess I am tooo dumb , could someone please help /

I have a 10 inch sub , specs say for ported at 33 hz it needs to be in a .75 cubic foot box with (2) 2" ports that are 20 inches long . sub displacement is .093

could someone please tell me what the port displacement would be ? and would i have any trouble with port noise or should i go with one 4" port ???

Port displacment 0.15ft^3.

And 12.56 square inches of port area should be enough for a 10" Hx2. If you go with a 4" it will have the same port area.

I had a 12" and had 24" of port area. Sounded great with no port noise.

*sigh* 2 2" ports do not yield the same port area as a single 4" port.
Whoops. I forgot to multiply 1x1x3.14 lol.

I was using 2x3.14.

So two 2" ports have 6.28 and the 4" port will have 12.56.

Thanks bcarpenter.

Even though you were being an *** about it *sigh*//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
