Port Decision. Help!

I like the design. If i used that design,which would have less turbulance, square or round?

as long as the ports are sized right, i would not worry too much about turbulence.

unless you're like going to spl comps where you need every db that the box, port and sub combo can putout. with the limited space you have i would worry more on the tuning. and getting the most freq response. let it be loud and low. of course no port noise either.

I might just take that box design and run with it. I was a little worried about making the end of the port look good, but since i am covering the box in vinyl, i can just make a piece that goes over the top and cleans everything up.
