so im working on finally building boxes for my 8's. only problem im running into is port area. i either have to go with a 2X12 slot port or a 1.5X12 slot port due to my space limits. tuning will be low 30s or 30, and the max power they will probobly ever see is 300W.

preferable max dimensions are 28T X 14D X 12W.

sub displacment is ~.09-.08 and im looking at trying to get ~1.2 cubes +port.

i wont be able to do any special kerfs or whatnot, these boxes are more or less for me to find what volume/tuning sounds best to me. and i want to make sure port noise wont be a problem if i dip to the mid 20s.

Matt

Yeah I feel like it was a mistake and he meant per sub. I decided to go with 13ft3 net, 186in2, 36hz to be a little on the bandwidth side.
