So i need some help here. How many and what size ports would i need for 3 10's? Ive been told 2 4" or one 6" areo port will be good. My biggest concern is with a 6" areo it will be more like having a hole in the box then anything.

If some one could help me out here.

Thanks.

Depends on the subs.
well here are specs. can you help me out lol?

Qts 0.350

Qes 0.375

Qms 5.30

Fs 29hz

Res 3.85Ω

Ls 4.05mH

Lp 8.10mH

Rp 7.50Ω

Dia 202mm

Vas 34.8l

mms 200g

cms 240um/N

bl 21T*m

Spl 87dB

Seems like they will like 1.0 cubic foot per sub. I have a total of 3.4... Im hoping i can get away with 2 4" ports, these subs seem to like small boxes.

Im ditching my sealed setup of 4 of them, i tried two ported and two ported were louder and got lower then all 4 sealed. lol

I meant more along the lines of excursion capabilities. That coupled with the tuning frequency and how hard you actually plan on pushing them can give a good idea of what kind of port area you'd actually need to have to avoid port noise. For generic 10" subs I'd do something like 45-55in^2 of port area for all three, maybe more if you're working with some high excursion subs. Those specs remind me of TC woofers.

Number of drivers: 3

Size of drivers: 10"

Ports: Round

Enclosure Volume: 3.6 cuft

Desired Tuning Frequency: 36hz

Desired Diameter of ports: 4"

Desired Port area/cuft: 9-13

1.2ft^3 @ 36hz = 1 x 4" x 18" round port

You need 3 x 4" x 18" round ports to tune those sub's box to 36hz while maintaining 10.5in^2 of port area per cube of box.

-If you don't have the required depth for 4" diameter ports (18" into the box) you can also use:

6 x 3" x 10" round ports to tune those sub's box to 36hz while maintaining 13in^2 of port area per cube of box.

*This is assuming the subs need 1.2ft^3 ported *
