Port and pvc question

Im gonna be starting my build in the next day or two.

its gonna be 1 18 fi q in a 93 camaro on a aq 1200

Box is gonna be somewere around 5 cubes(wont know exact until im done fiberglassing)

What size pvc should I use for the port?

Also does flairing it make a difference for daily

shouldnt make a difference for daily. and would go 4 4"s or 2 6"s

That sub is gonna want quite a bit more than 5 cubes (at least 6 would be ideal). Do 2 6's, fewer aeroports that are larger are more efficient than a lot of smaller ones
