Popping noise when braking

So I've read numerous posts regarding popping noises and I'm just lost. I own a 04 350z and replaced the Bose head unit with a the Clarion CX609 head unit. I still have the stock speakers and stock amp. Anyways... Every time I hit the brakes I get a single pop sound. When the volume is turned down to 0 I can't hear it, same for when the volume is cranked up. I also hear a pop sound when I use the rear windshield wiper. The sound is coming from all speakers. I've tried different spots for the ground wire and nothing helps!

Someone please help!

i have this prob with my pioneer deck. you wrap copper wire around the outside of the rca inputs and ground it to the back of the headunit. i still need to do this

How does one go about grounding the rca's? What kind of wire should I use?
see phemps post above.

take a peace of speaker wire (yea i know i spelt peace wrong) and wrap it around your RCA's into a figure 8 and then ground that wire. i grounded my fire to the headunit chasis, any bare metal is fine.

should help. did for me.

if not come back and let us know
