popping in speakers when I start my car?

Any ideas on this? Is it a bad thing? Doesn't really bother me just want to know if its bad and is there an easy fix?

in your subs or mids/highs? Are they amped?

my 6.5" speakers in my doors and rear. Not sure if they all pop or not. No they are not amped. Just have a aftermarket jvc player that would push 20ish watts im guessing to them if not less.
