Pop up volume knob broke on Pioneer 6700..

Yup.. I popped it out to turn the volume up and it broke.. I found the spring and tried putting it back in, but apparently a piece of plastic broke.. Now my knob is just sitting in the headunit and wont pop out.. I can still control the volume, but its more aggravating.. I bought it from Circuit City 16 months ago and cant find any warranty information..

ANyone have an idea how to fix it??

Also, my subwoofer button at the very right hand bottom corner of my CD player sticks..ANy ideas?
