which one and why... recieving 1000 watts rms, 3 cube tuned to 28hz...want amazing low end, and SQ...a little loud also

In a ported enclosure, Xmax is not something you need to scrupulously consider.I would go with the tc2000. It has 10 more mm of xmax and takes the same power.
Not as much as in a sealed box but why not take the sub with the potential to move more air especially since they are made by the same company. Around tuning xmax is not that important but if your box is tuned to 28 hz and you are looking to play a song with notes around 42hz the more your sub moves the louder it will be.In a ported enclosure, Xmax is not something you need to scrupulously consider.
