All the same company. They changed their name over the the last 4 years.

I think there was another name they went by as well.

I have also heard that r-Blox is the same thing. I have yet to test it myself though.

For sound deadening sheets I really like the Dynamat Extreme and Dynaplate. For paste I use the Cactus Sounds db blue. Gets rock hard and is very durable.
