I was looking at amps on ebay stores and found these:

Opinons on the shops and the amps? Is Xtant still good like it used to be? How good are these retailers?

Speakers will be Boston Neox 6.5's and MBquart coaxials. Sub will be a 12" IDmax.

Oh man I love xtant amps. I had x1001's powering 2 dub 7's and that shyt rocked. I don't really have any expierence with xtant since miteck took over but I know that at one time xtant was like the lexus of amps. Way clean and way underrated for the power they put out. Just from past expierences I would have to say xtant.

I can vouch for the sterio direct. Great sellers. Several of my Xtant and Streetwires wiring came from them. Check thier feedback, thiers alot from the worm!! Also you will live the A4004, way more power than ratings. Very sweet sounding, never harsh. The A6001 will pound your IdMax. Great amp combo. YOU WILL BE HAPPY!! Hope this helps

ok so what are the opinions on the x series xtants here??? i have them and thinking about changing them out for something "higher end" like tru or brax etc.... x604 bridged on fronts and x1001 on subs??? thoughts??? thanks

I've got an xtant 2002 and a 3001. Using the 3001 now, about to put them both on ebay shortly. I can't complain, sounds fine, gets loud enough, doesn't run hot, and seems reliable. Haven't done any benching or whatnot, but they are satisfactory otherwise.

what year and model amps are the older ones the good ones?

i also know of some that were great but it had a defect if you set somthing on top of it, it would mess the amp up
