Another quick question guys for my custom rear deck in my 87 Monte Carlo SS. Are the POLK db691's good free air speakers or would i get a better sound if a bought some of those foam 6x9 speaker baffles or are the uselesView attachment 26531248View attachment 26531249s?

I use my Polk DB690s without a baffle in the rear deck and they sound fine. They definitely have range and some bottom to them...
