Polk Components and 6x9 vs JL Components and 6x9s

Just want opinions of which components and 6x9's do you guys like better. Polk or JL. I know JL is more expensive but I am not worried about that. Just for your information I have a 2004 civic EX coupe.

Go to Circut City to hear the Polks for yourself and see if you like them. I like them, but I do feel that you could get better speakers for the prices they are asking. As for the JL, I've ONLY heard from others that they are really good in the Sound Quailty department. I've never heard them myself.. of course where you put the tweeters for the components will play a part on what sounds good.

i can't even remember the last time i was in someone else's car and thought "wow, their highs sound awsome", i'm so used to mine nothing really feels as good, but thats just my opinion.

Why do you want 6x9's? round speakers have always sounded better to me but if you must go with 6x9's, I would choose the JL's
