I got a speeding ticket for doing 95 in a 70.

My problem was I was Overtaking a Semi Truck so i had gunned it so that i could get out of their 1) blind spot and 2) the crazy winds which were rocking the my ride in unpleasant ways

I would have taken it to court, but wife in hospital, Work going stir crazy, leaving the country in 2 weeks, just didn't have the time to drive up to tampa and appeal it.

Getting pulled over by sheriff........................$0

Class to reduce ticket and remove points $40

Ticket..................................................$280

Going 95 in a 70.......................................Priceless (j/k)

I always read about how so many of you guys get tickets. There are so few cops that write tickets for anything besides speeding. Most of the time, they will even let you off for that. I have been pulled over 3 times and only 1 ticket. They dont care about loud stereos at all either. I sat next to an undercover (yeah right, everyone knows there are cops) at a stoplight for probly 2 minutes with my stereo bumping and all my windows down. They did not care.

lol, it was a spur of the moment thing, i had the munchies... no gloves, they claim to have my fingerprints on an open mountain dew can i left there. I was thirsty after all that hard work. I live in northeastern kansas about 15 miles from leavenworth.
