plz check my wiring. im not sure on some of it

so im trying to install my HU (kenwood x590)

i have 2 amps, one for my speakers and one for my sub

below is a picture of the manuel and in red is where i think i should connect it too.

here are the connection im not too sure about

yeah im a little confuse. there is 2 place that goes to the antenna? and 2 places for to the amp?

i cant see your picture but its pretty basic you plug your rca's from your amp/amps into the preamp outputs on the HU

and if it has subwoofer outputs plug your sub amp into those

The subwoofer amp would connect to the subwoofer preout RCA's, and the speakers would correspond to the correct L/R preouts. You shouldn't do anything with the antenna, it isnt involved here...

Both amplifiers need to be connected to the turn on lead (the first connection on that diagram.) You can run them both to it, or run one to it and daisy chain the second off of it.

well it's not where the RCA goes. it's the HU wiring itself.

1) P.cont (power control wire)

2) Ant. Cont (mother antenna control wire)

3)mute ( TEL mute wire)

4) Illumi ( Dimmer control wire)

5) Ext. Cont (external amplifier control wire

those are the 5 wires i don't have a clue about and don't know where is should hook it up too or even if i do need to hook it up.

im only mentioning my systems so you guys know what im trying to install my HU too and not just stock speakers

Ah, you are installing the head unit?...

In that case, do you not have the proper wiring harness to connect the head unit to your factory harness?

If not, then splice each wire and match the colors, simple as that buddy.

that first one i believe is so the amp turns on with the car you need to connect that......not sure about the next 2.......the fourth one dont worry about because you dont need it.........the fifth one is if you have like a remote level control for your amp...............if that helps at all

1 is where you connect the remote wire for your amps

2 is where you would connect if you car has a power antenna

3 is if you had something like a car kit for your cell phone that has an output to

mute a radio when the phone is in use

4 is what you would hook up if you want your radio to dim at night when you switch on your headlights

5 is for things like on kenwoods older amps that allow the radio to open and turn on the fans
