i want to make some plexiglass windows in my box in the front. Not the whole baffle being plexi but just little bit. How can i make this flush look to the box and does anyone have a link to that site explaining how to do designs on plexi? thanks

i dont kno if it would work but it would be tight if you made a whole box out of 3/4 inch plexiglass

Moe lester designed this for me, I uesd 3/4 plexi and tnuts to hold it in place.

Not really that difficult, just cut your hole in the enclosure about an inch smaller in all dimensions than your plexi window ( flange to mount the plexi to the enclosure ) if you want you can flush it in. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yea it works. and yes they do look very sweet, but very expensive. i have a friend building me one right now.
