but ummm... both look great done right, both look awful done wrong. Plexiglas is easier to do, but accuracy with your cuts is HUGELY important. Usually you'll mount Plexi by making a window area on the box, making a rabbet maybe 3/8 wide and 3/8 deep, and a corresponding rabbet on the plexi, then mounting the plexi with weather stripping, bolts and t-nuts.

You want to use plexi thats at LEAST 3/4 inches thick. 1 inch preferably.

Fiberglass is easy to do once you get the technique down... but there is a definite learning curve, and you're gonna f#$* a few things up before you get it right.

they are 2 totally opposite things you dolt. plexi glass is basically a hard plastic window type deal while fiberglass is used for molding door panels, kick panels, door pods etc. they are totally ****ing different and can't be compared. please do us a favor and get a knife and rip out your testes. for the love of everything holy please do not reproduce.
