I have an 1100W amp (will realistically get 1000W from it) that will to feed my subwoofer(s). Now I'm looking to buy subs. I have enough room for a proper enclosure (in SUV) for any of the following options, and my budget will allow for any choice. Given the option would you:
A. Marginally power two mid-level, quality 12's (500W to ea. 750W RMS sub)
B. Completely power two entry-level, quality 12's with a little headroom (500W to ea. 400W RMS sub)
C. Over power one mid-level, quality 12---think lots of headroom (1000W to a single 750W RMS sub)
D. Completly power a single entry-level 15 (1000W to a single 1000W RMS sub)
E. Marginally power a single mid-level 15 (1000W to a single 1500W RMS sub)
Goal is to sound good, but I do like loud. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Let's assume a different amp isn't an option. Please vote, A, B, C, D, or E.
Thanks,
Jeff
