Please tell me whats wrong with my hifonics

I have a hifonics 1605d and for the past 2 days it has been going on and off whenever it wants so when it went off today i check the rem turn on and it just fell out. So i was thinking "sweet, easy fix" so i put it back in and turned my car on and the light came on bright. Then 1 second later it fades to a dull light then goes out all in the matter of 3 seconds.

Is this some kind of way to tell me its in protect mode or somethings fvcked up?

Any help would be appreciated. i dont feel like buying a new amp with all the bills i have right now.

check all your power wires and fuses, make sure your speaker wires are not grounding out......just go over your whole system to make sure all connections are good............if your amp stll wont power up and make sound ,,,,its toast //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yeah check the ground and all other connections too just to make sure as above said

all connections are good and fuses are fine. I just noticed this whole light that turns on and fades out.

I was just wondering if anyone else knows what that fading light means.... I was guessing a protect mode.

take the amp case off... and see if anything is burnt.

is it overheating? did this happen all of sudden or after you did some changes?

sounds like somethin is wrong wit yo power wire. ill check the connection at the battery and at the amp

well today it worked and played for about an hour. Then i went home and got back in my car about 4 hours later and no luck, she was off again. IDK
