Please Help

I recently installed a clarion xc1410 amp to the factory head unit on a 2013 Toyota Rav4 xle . I have checked all connections several times and everything seems correct, however, the USB port no longer works. I checked the connection to the usb cable and everything seems fine. And suggestions would be appreciated.

toyota USB and aux have poorly soldered connections. its a common issue for those things to go bad
