Okay, so heres my dilemma, one of many. haha. I have this mobile spec 6? farad capacitor. Either way its pretty big. Now I've called numerous places and its the same old song everytime, "we cant give that information out over the phone because they can be very dangerous..blah blah blah." Now obviously im not a professional because if i was i wouldnt be asking this question but i am by no means a dumb***. Ive hooked up a few different systems in my time but never one with a cap like this. So heres my question....On this cap it has a positive input and output, negative input and output, 4 different remote input holes and 4 different output holes. I know i need to charge the cap first, i got that much figured out, and the positive input would be from the battery, then the output would go to the amp, and same with the remote...right? please feel free to correct me if i am wrong. Now the thing im stuck on is the negative input and output. I was thinking maybe i had to run a negative wire from the battery to cap to the input, then a ground from the output, but that makes no sense really when i could just hook it up to a ground since its all connected through the chassis. So ANY help would be great. Especially all you system gurus, i know one of you has to know. Ive searched all the internet and cant find one thing about this cap. SO PLEASE HELP ME!! Thanks. Kyle

Do a good install and there should be no electrical noise. GLI is logical next step if there is, not a cap
I was playing devil's advocate:emb:. There are definitely much better (and cheaper) ways of ensuring a clean electrical system than a cap.
