Please help!!

Whe i turned the volume up the subs clipped. so i turned down the gain and now the mids and highs stop playing and the subs distort. what could be causing this? help please!!!!

that doesn't make any sense unless your running a 5 or 6 channel amp. you didn't give hardly enough information.

2 Performance teknique 2400 watt amps. one to each sub and mb quartz dsc 450 for mids and highs.

wiring i have knu konceptz 0 guage wire klmx. I have 2 yellow top batts 1 in the trunk and 1 under the hood. The wire going for the to the front battery is 4 guage.

ok first of all depending on what amps you have exactly (model #) i doubt they actually put out 2400 watts. and secondly that makes no sense. if you turned down the gain on the sub amps then your mids should have never been affected once so ever. unless you touched them too and just didn't mention it. EXPLAIN MORE.

yeah you should save up for some better amps. what subs do you have?

The model # is ICBM9560. There was 4 gauge then replaced it.

yeah your probably killing those subs with the amount of distortion that amp is putting out. and thats why their clipping. sundowns a good choice.

Would it be better to take out the 2 amps and put the sundown in to power the 2 suba?
