Please help

I need a new 4 channel amp to run two 6.5" door speakers rated @ 60w rms off of two channels and an 10" sub rated @ 200w rms off of the other two channels bridged. Looking at Kicker 350.4, JBL gto 75.4, and Diamond audio D3400.4. I do not desire to have earth shattering Bass, Just some low end to compliment the mids & Highs. I listed these because they are within my budget. Any recomendations will be appreciated.

If you can afford the 350.4 than you're into the price range of the JBL PX300.4 which would give you more power/dollar. Headroom = control.

I do not have a lot of room to work with. That is the reason for one amp. Looking for small footprint. I do not have room that I am willing to sacrafice. The GTO 75.4 is pushing it for size and the PX 300 is larger. Would the ZX 350.4 work? Is kicker the under rated some? How about the D3400.4? Heard that they are under rated some also.

For a small footprint, check into the Memphis M-Class 16-MCA3004. I've got an older ST-3004 I'm looking at building a low power system with.

That amp is 18.5" long!?!
