Hi all, i installed my music system and i am reading in many posts that the amplifier built in crossover must be put off while setting the voltage as in the gain tutorial, and at last we set the cross over???? Y is that? if we do so, we might after setting the crossover output more power and screw everything no?so what shall i do set the cross over and then use the voltage formula or vise-versa?Thx a lot

Personally, I adjust my head unit to the loudest setting that I would ever listen to. Equalizer is not flat, I turn on a little bass boost, as well as the loudness setting to medium. To me it makes no sense to set the gains to below a setting that you will use.
