Please help with confusing Hertz Dimensions

So I've built TONS of boxes but I just picked up two 10" Hertz Energy ES 250.5's. I want to build a box for them but the dimensions are all in metric and I honestly have no clue about the sizes. I put in the specs into winisd but idk wth I'm even looking at. Judging by the manual it looks like the woofers prefer a ported box. Can someone please translate the required dimensions PLEASE?!?!

Sealed box = .6 - .8 cu ft

Ported box= .7 - 1.0 cu ft

That's what it translates to in size.

Port size is up to you to decide. Based on the specs, it looks like it would do well in a box tuned to around 28 hz since it's for sq purposes.

Use this 12 volt calculator to figure out what's your port length. You can either use slot port or round port.
