My friend has a Dodge Dakota truck with a Regular cab. Not much room to work with but there is a 9.75" gap between the driver and passenger seat. The distance from the ash tray in the dash and the back of the cab is 24.5" and the distance from the floor to a comfortable height would be about 15".
Using Torres is put together 2 different scenarios. Both are 24" x 15" x 9.5". The only difference is port length and width. I have both photos tuned to @ 33-34hz. I'm not sure if port width matters? One has a port width of 1.5" and has a length of 30" and the other has a port width of 1" and has a length of 16". I'm guessing that the 1.5" port width with the 30" length would sound the best but I'm not sure.
Do you think the box would be large enough for two of these subs? He mainly listens to Rock and Alternative music so a sealed box isn't out of the question. What do you guys think?
