Please help measure

Ok i am having a fellow caraudio.com member build me a box. I need help with what i need to measure in my trunk.

Go to the url below and tell me where i should measure. Notice my trunk is wide and then gets smaller.

but id say from your description that you should measure from where its the narrowest
