Please Help me with a new build for my new vehicle

To start off, here is my current build and what I know (Sound and quality wise)

This is in a 2006 Honda Civic coupe.

- Kenwood KDC-x790 Headunit

- Memphis Audio MSQ6 Components (front)

- Memphis Audio MC6 Coaxials (rear)

- Memphis Audio MCA3004 Interior Amplifier 75x4 @ 4 ohms

- Memphis Audio MCD500 Subwoofer Amplifier running 500x1 @ 2 ohms

- Sound Splinter RL-p 12" Subwoofer running at 2 ohms

- Klaus Audio 2.18cu.ft Ported Sub Box

I currently am pretty content with this setup. I like how the memphis speakers and amps sound. But id like to step it up just a notch or two. FYI..I am selling this entire setup with the car and starting from scratch on the new vehicle. What is listed below is what i'm considering

I am selling this car and buying a 2000 F350 with a crew cab. Unfortunately there are no good audio shops around here to demo speakers. So all I can go off of is knowing the memphis stuff and doing tons of research online. So i'm asking you all to help me out with this new build on the truck. I have an idea of where i'm heading but would love your opinions. (Especially people with lots of experience with different speakers). As far as components I like silk dome over titanium. I like a more natural sound that isnt harsh. I listen to all types of music, but mainly rap/hip-hop/ and pop. I want a 2 way passive setup and have zero thought of going active and also dont wanna spend buku bucks. I also would like something compatible with ipod. I Also plan on getting an adapter to change the 6x8 holes to 6.5s.

-Stereo Integrity BM MKIII ....2 of these wired to 1 ohm

-Sundown SAZ-1000D for the subs

Opions on this setup? Changes....thoughts...reccomendations..

if ur going to do anything for the components skip the cdt's and go with ID rainbow or focal....but everything else seems like ur heading the right way...would be a nice setup

Ive made a few more decisions...i've decided on the CDA-9887 for sure. And have also decided that I want to go with the sundown 100.4. I know thats an underrated 100 watts rms. Im very content and sure of everything else. So basically now what i'm having trouble with is exactly which components to go with.

Ive been thinking CDT, Polk Audio, DLS, Diamond Audio, Image Dynamics...etc. This part is giving me the most trouble. I was really hoping to keep my budget at a $400 max. Hmmm....
