I need help designing my enclosure. I don't know much about designing enclosures but I have no problem building one if I have a design. In the past I have just looked up the optimum sealed enclosure air space for my subs and built a basic box for them. I never got into ported enclosures, bandpass or even the placement in the vehicle.
Vehicle: 1997 F250 Crew Cab (with front and rear bucket seats)
Subs: 3x) Soundqubed Hds210-d4 - 600w Rms 10s ~$300
Amp: Hifonics Brutus X2600.1D - 2600w @ 1ohm ~$275
...unless someone can recommend a better three 10" sub setup for under $600. I'm open to ideas.
This truck has front and rear captain chairs so the enclosure will sit as the back seat center console. I am told the best thing to do is down fire them at the floor with about a 3" gap between the floor and face of the sub but I don't know if that is accurate. I also don't know if I should go with a sealed or ported box.
Feel free to throw out any ideas you all may have.
