please help car battery

can someone please explain to me how to run a second car battery in my trunk and everything i need becuase right now i have a stinger spl800 sitting around chillin cause idk how to install it please tell me how to install it and where all the wires go and what i need wires, caps, etc

All you have to do is run your main power wire from the front batt to the back batt fusing them before each batt(Preferable 1/0) then just ground back batt back there(Preferable to chassis) and run amps off your back batt... Fuse power wire after back batt going to amps too And there you go... good luck

can also use a batery isolator. so when the key is in the acc position it onyl draws from the rear battery

Nop just the fuses... Your back batt acts as a distro block... And as for the isolator if you plan on bumpin it while car is off for a long time then yes you need one but if you usually don't you don't need one... I also run my car when im bumpin cause your car runs at 14v+ instead of 12v... It sounds better its louder, better for amps... but everyone does there own thing

i feel ya but do i use 1/0awg from the first battery to the second and i have these things idk what they are on the back of my box becuase i didnt build it ill shoot you a pm with the pic inside tomrrow and mabey you can help becuase you basically have the same setup as me but im runnin 4 10's

i used 2/0 from first to second batt, i wouldnt use anythign under 1/0
